Learning About Scotch in Edinburgh
While I’ve had plenty of bourbon in my time, I have only had Scotch once. I never quite understood the difference between a single malt and a blended whisky and was curious to learn more.
Things to do in Edinburgh
One of the many things I love about this city is that there are so many things to do in Edinburgh, and they’re all relatively close and easy to get to. It’s a pedestrian-friendly city and also has some nice bike paths and routes, including special bicycle stopping zones at red lights. There’s just so much to love about Edinburgh!
Edinburgh Stunned Me
I was excited for Scotland but had no real expectations for Edinburgh. It ended up surprising and amazing me.
