You know that old adage how people are their own worst critics? Well, I earned my PhD in that. If you’re going to do something, do it well, right? I’ve been working on the old “Get over yourself!” for a long time.
When we were still in the US and eagerly awaiting our launch date, I picked up a couple of friends—Fear and Panic. It was easy enough to get rid of them, and I can honestly say I don’t miss them. Sometimes we can get easily suckered into living someone else’s life rather than the one we wish to live. It can be from societal and parental brainwashing as we grow up as well as from other sources. Quite often, though, the myths we live were created by ourselves.
