Interesting, because pigeons are found in most metropolitan areas throughout the world. I, too, love the cooing from doves. It’s a beautiful sound.

One sound I always associate with travel is the cooing “doves” or pigeons as my husband corrects me. We don’t have pigeons where I’m from so I only hear them when I travel and it’s a sweet sound.

After a while I loved all the noises (except the rubbish truck). Thankfully, we didn’t have early morning Zumba.
