If produce is a big concern, I&#039;d stay on Roatan. Utila seemed to get everyone&#039;s leftovers. Occasionally you got some really good stuff, but it is rare. Gardening is a possibility, though. Electricity is fairly stable, but there were frequent outages when we were there. Roatan has more stability with their grid. For Internet, though, it was very reliable and quite fast. We only had it go down for extended periods maybe twice in 8 months.]]></description>

We visited Roatan just a few weeks ago and loved it, but haven&#039;t made it out to Utila yet.  We don&#039;t mind being in more remote locations, as long as the internet is reliable as we work online.  Do you know much about the reliability of internet/ electricity on this island? One of my other concerns about Utila is the fresh produce.  Do you know if this environment is conducive to gardening?]]></description>
