Yep, it’s pretty normal as it’s such a big change, especially if one has been away for a long time.

Good article Talon. Actually, there’s a lot of expats out there who are afraid of getting back to their own countries. Full of doubt and fear. Good thing you wrote this article and shared somebody’s experience. It really feels good to be back 🙂

Good point! It’s also easier to not have to deal with a 3rd person when you’re trying to get something fixed.

Iceland is awesome! Great place for a honeymoon.

What a real post! The positive thing about paying for WiFi is you can complain to someone if it isn’t fast enough! Plan your next trip is a great idea – we’re heading to Austria for Snowbombing and Iceland for a delayed honeymoon! Thanks for sharing our story and good luck!
