I just recently discovered gin.  Well, I mean I recently tried it and decided I liked it, other than in a martini (and I usually get a vodka martini anyway).  I’m often trying out different mixers, and when I found fresh-squeezed maracuyá nectar at the store I couldn’t resist trying it out.  It’s so yummy, I’m going to share my simple recipe.  I use a tall glass for this. 2 ounces gin 1 ounce maracuyá nectar...
