I have been contemplating this for a while and decided to just go for it, so beginning soon we will occasionally feature a recipe of stuff we prepare or find during our travels.  Since many of travelers stay in hostels, cook over campfire, or in other places with limited kitchens I plan on focusing on dishes that can be prepared in those environments.  Planning on eventually doing a cookbook which will include a variety of foods from our travels and will vary from limited to full kitchens as well, but that’s a long time coming.  For now we’ll keep it to the website.

Feel free to send requests, especially if you know we’re in an area where a dish is common.  I’m happy to hunt down recipes, ways of preparing food, etc., for our wonderful readers.
