It’s a lovely town, pretty, historic and welcoming. We enjoyed walking about exploring and had some fabulous meals. It’s such a shame to see tourist buses that pull up just to let their passengers have a quick peek around the tower site and then move on again.

When me and Dale went there we ended up staying for four full days, even though we used one to do a day trip to Cinqueterre.
