I definitely noticed that relationship between the locals and the expats, and it was VERY nice to see.

It was the same quaint, laid back atmosphere that saw me buy some beachfront down there. Its a magnificent part of the world that thus far has remained untouched for the most part. The relationship between the locals and the ex-pats is also very harmonious. Its the most perfect place on Earth. Hope you come back soon.
