I’ve felt it myself many times over the years. I can also understand your need for a base. I’ve been on the road for a year and as much as I love the freedom it gives I’d like to have a little place of my own to return to every now and then. We’re looking at Budapest as it’s incredibly cheap to buy there. Enjoy Romania! I just did a road trip there and loved it. I haven’t written about it yet but I’m happy to help if you’re looking for ideas on places to visit.
