In reply to Talon Windwalker. It was clean and had good facilities, even free W-LAN, if I remember correctly. We did not go specifically for camping,we just stay at campsites to keep costs low.

We made a stop-over on the way to France a few years ago. Like you I was curious about these small country. We loved the old town and the World Heritage part, where we spent most of our time wandering around. The art museum by I.M. Pei was also great. We think about going back for hiking, there is a long-distance trail called the Mulhouse Trail, which looks quite interesting. We stayed at the camp-site, so it was affordable too.Definitely a county that should be more promoted.

In reply to Irene. We still need to visit Belgium. The chocolate on a stick is pretty darn good. I can't imagine some people stop stirring before it's all melted, though. I mean who does that?

Great, where do I get cake and chocolate on a stick now?? 🙂 Belgium and Luxemburg have been on our “list” forever. Next year might just be the year – and I am definitely going to bookmark this!
