See the Windmills
Mykokos’ most iconic landmarks are its windmills. Built in the 16th century by the Venetians, there are currently 16 that dot the island. They are still operating and point to a time when the Italians ruled the island and left their cultural marks. The windmills are beautiful and make a great discussion piece for you and the kids. You can tell them why they were used and placed where they are. You can visit one or all across the island.
Bring the kids to Mykonos and have a great family vacation.
