Fav photos of London

Yeah, I’ll admit it. I’m feeling lazy today. So rather than write something that will probably bore all of us, I figured I’d share some of my favorite photos & memories from our brief time in London. I hope you enjoy them.

London fountain

This fountain reminded me a lot of Tigger and I.

London Borough Market

I never realized Turkish delight comes in so many flavors!

Classic Tigger

London bridge

One his big wishes was to cross this bridge, so we did. This bridge has had about 5 incarnations, one of which resides in Arizona.

London history

This is where Jack the Ripper’s first victim was found.

London sidewalk

I just love these narrow side streets

London food

Home of an amazing bagel with salted beef sandwich. And it’s open 24 hours!

London statue

One of my best friends who died recently was a big fan of this king.

This is where the queen enters the Houses of Parliament when she addresses them.

London is such a huge and diverse city, I don’t know how much time you’d have to invest to really get to know her. It’s definitely worth the effort, though.

  1. Thanks for sharing a little piece of home! We’ve not seen those sights for almost 3 years now and you have reminded me just how vibrant the city if London is. The grass isn’t always that much greener … !!

  3. Great pictures, especially the street art – love that stuff. Good for you for owning your laziness and sharing pictures! I like that your friend was a fan of Richard I – I’ve never thought of having a favourite monarch!

    • His name was Richard, too, so I think that had something to do with it. 😉

Figured I might as well own it because it was true. LOL
