Surfing

Surf’s Up encouraged me to go surfing. I wanted to do it while we were in Ecuador. I wasn’t sure I would like it because I didn’t know if it was going to be safe, so I was a little afraid.

First thing you do is exercises on land. My first time surfing I constantly kept falling. My second time it was like I could fly.

You should learn to surf so if you go on vacation and they have surfing you can do it. It’s a really fun sport, and Ecuador is the place to do it because the waves are good for learning.

We went surfing in Indonesia. It’s excellent fun. But I think it’s better to learn when you’re young, like you are, and like Zac is.

I love your description of how it felt the second time: “…like I could fly.”  While I’ve never thought of surfing before, I sure would like to have that feeling of flying! Who knows… maybe I’ll give it a shot now! Thanks for the post, Tigger!

Surfing is the best! Great to learn at a young age as you don’t care how hard it. Love your travels.

And you’re way more flexible as a kid. He’s hoping to hit some bigger waves next time.
